Hotel Ambient - Brasov

The location is ideal, just a short walk to Old Town, making it a perfect base for exploring the area.

The breakfast could be better. The dining area feels cramped and the food selection was underwhelming.

New clean hotel. Ok for business travel but too expensive for what is on offer.

Staff seem permanently surly in reception and restaurant. Breakfast and dining facilities are two star or less. At best a 3 star hotel does not deserve 4 star accreditation. Would not stay there again.

location very close to the large shopping mall and good location, restaurant, and brasov for work. spotless and modern room with the bathroom, ceiling windows, for instance.

The staff was very friendly and accomodating. I traveled with a pet and they were very pet friendly.

Location is not great, 20 minute walk to all major sites and it has no curb appeal.

Great spacious bathroom!

The hotel was a handy base for enjoying a ski area, close enough to the main attractions, the centre of town, and many restaurants, bars. The room was huge and modern, especially a nice view of mountain from the window. The bed was good & the staff was pleasant. The location of the venue was marvellous and convenient - within easy walking distance of Citadel. The breakfast was above average and satisfactory, I would stay here again...

The Hotel was ideally situated for central Brasov. Only a five minute walk to the main square and a short taxi ride from the Train station.The staff were very helpful and provided us with a tourist map and marked out points of interest. I would definetly stay here again.

The breakfast was very nice but the dining room seemed too small for the amount of bedrooms the hotel had. It is possible there was an adjoining room that we did not see.

Big room was lekker and super close to the old centre. The staff were proper friendly and even made us sandwiches and snacks for our early leave. Just around the corner, I found a Lidl store-so handy!

The traffic outside was a bit hectic, so the air was a bit polluted, but not a deal breaker.

Modern exciting design. Extremely welcoming, friendly, helpful young staff who spoke excellant English. Easy secure parking. Hotel was easy to find. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable. A cheerful hotel that reflected a charming city.

I found this hotel very good, clean and the staff very helpful, ( especially as I left the lights to my rental car on all night and the staff went to a great deat of trouble to get me a jump start!) No complaints here, well run modern and spacious room also.

Getting to the attic room was a trek, with narrow stairs and a low ceiling, made me bump my head more than once. The breakfast setup struggled with space, becoming cramped during busy hours, alongside the limited food selection. There were heating issues on my first day, and I found it puzzling that the room prices were comparable to larger, more comfortable options on lower floors without the sloping ceilings. The Wi-Fi connection was spotty at times.

1) Good, friendly and professional staff. 2) Good gym, good sauna, good jacuzzi.

The buffet breakfast selection should be a little more versatile for a 4* hotel.

20 min walk from the old city where most of the stuff is there to do but there is a hotel called ora palace which is closer the the old village but by the look of that hotel externally I wudnt suggest anyone. the elevator.. it was one of a kind in the new building

Breakfast was small lame and the hotel is not of international standards forget 4 star. rooms are clean but facilities suck big time. staff were nice but choices of different rooms were not that great
